Sexey’s School is seeking an inspiring Head of Boarding to lead our thriving state boarding provision at the heart of school life.

The Role
You will lead all aspects of boarding, ensuring exceptional safeguarding, pastoral care and student experience, while driving continuous improvement.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated boarding team
- Create a culture of belonging, respect and high aspiration
- Promote student’s personal and spiritual development
- Ensure compliance with national standards
- Contribute to whole-school improvement
- Report to and engage with the Trust Board

- Has experience in boarding or pastoral leadership
- Is deeply committed to student wellbeing and safeguarding
- Can inspire staff and students alike
