Electrical Lecturer – AM2 Qualified £40–£45 per hour | Long-Term Contract We’re currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lecturer with an AM2 qualification to join a further education setting on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Lecturer with a strong electrical installations background who is passionate about developing the next generation of electricians. The Role * Deliver engaging electrical installation theory and practical training. * Support learner progress, achievement and career development. * Develop learners’ technical and practical skills. * Maintain a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment. * Support progression into employment, apprenticeships and further study. * Ensure all teaching and practical activities meet relevant health & safety standards. About You * Proven experience as an Electrical Lecturer or teacher within Electrical Installation/FE. * Relevant electrical qualifications. * AM2 qualification – essential. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Passion for teaching and supporting learner success. * Strong understanding of electrical health & safety. * Relevant teaching qualification desirable. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. * Up-to-date Safeguarding, KCSIE and Prevent training
