About the Role As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain engaged with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment. Duties may include: Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities Managing classroom behaviour Supporting pupils with their learning Providing feedback to teaching staff Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment What We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people Strong communication and behaviour-management skills A confident and professional approach The ability to work independently and adapt to different classrooms An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Work with The Supply Register?
