We are working on behalf of a highly regarded, Outstanding Ofsted-rated primary school in the Paddington (W9) area to recruit a passionate and skilled SENCO to join their exceptional team.

The Role:

Lead and manage the provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Develop, implement, and review SEN policies and strategies in line with current legislation
-
Work closely with teaching staff to ensure effective differentiation and inclusive practice
-
Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing
-
Monitor and track student progress, ensuring appropriate interventions are in place
-
Provide guidance, training, and support to staff on SEND best practice
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Proven experience working as a SENCO or in a senior SEND role within a primary setting
-
National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to work towards it)

Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
A genuine commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for all pupils
