DUAL REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S HOME Location: Cannock, Staffordshire Recruiter: Diamond Search Recruitment Sector: Residential Children’s Care Salary: £65-75K + bonus + benefits Diamond Search Recruitment is working in partnership with a reputable children’s services provider to recruit an experienced and passionate Dual Registered Manager for children’s residential settings in Cannock, Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to make a real difference while managing a service committed to positive outcomes for children and young people. 🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the children’s home * Ofsted registration of the second home * Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards * Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled staff team * Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for children * Maintain effective relationships with Ofsted, local authorities, and professionals * Drive continuous improvement and inspection readiness ✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Already registered with Ofsted as a Registered Manager * Clean and satisfactory Ofsted inspection record * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Registered Manager * Proven experience managing services rated Good or Outstanding * Strong knowledge of legislation, safeguarding, and compliance * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Enhanced DBS (clear) and strong references ⭐ DESIRABLE * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) * Experience working within EBD or complex needs settings 📩 APPLY NOW This vacancy is being recruited as a priority.
