£45,000 - £50,000 Starting Salary for 40 hours
Tronc - Approx. £100-£125/Week paid Monthly
10% Yearly Bonus based on KPI's and Targets

A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a a lovely Members Club based in South West London cooked a Modern Asian Fusion style menu, This role is based on a 5/7 Rota with hours between 7am to 11pm based on 8 hour straight shifts. No Sunday evenings as kitchen closes after Lunch.
Working in a kitchen team of around 10 Chefs and under a very supportive Head Chef you will prepare breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on a daily basis.
The Sous Chef will help to run service and lead the junior chefs, This is a very busy operation with functions and events as well so experience from working in a busy kitchen is essential for this role.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who has worked i high end Restaurants or 5* Hotels or other high end Members clubs. This role gives a good work / life balance as 5/7 and straight shifts on a 40 Hour contract
