£36,000 £37,500 | MondayFriday | London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join a prestigious hospitality operation in London.
The operation consists of multiple private dining rooms and meeting spaces where the food offer is modern British and European cuisine at a Michelin level. Menus are seasonal with a strong focus on presentation, precision and consistency.
Working under a Head Chef with Michelin-level experience, youll be part of a refined, detail-driven kitchen delivering exceptional food in an exclusive, client-facing environment.
Your role:
Support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional standards
Take a hands-on role in both prep and service
Run sections and assist in leading junior team members
Maintain consistency and quality across all services
Contribute to menu development and planning
Work closely with front-of-house teams
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours (2/3 evenings per week)
What were looking for:
Proven background in fine dining or high-end hospitality catering
Experience in restaurants, xwzovoh events, or premium B&I
Eye for detail and presentation with high standards
Passion for food, ingredients and service
Good attitude and approach
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Ability to work in a pressured environment, remaining calm and focused
