Fantastic opportunity to join this country hotel and restaurant. This is small hotel, with a newly refurbished restaurant, offering a quality fresh menu, from the farm and local area.
Hotel Chef Job Role
The Chef will have full responsibility of the hotel kitchen operation for the evening service. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a small team. You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability.
Ideal candidates will have sous or head chef experience in a fresh food, small hotel, restaurant or dining pub.
Salary and Benefits
Starting basic salary is from £40,000 p.a. to £43,000 p.a. doe. Plus Excellent Benefits:
Live-In / Relocation Assistance Available
40 Hours per week
Generally 2pm to 10pm, 5/7
Generous Employer Pension Contribution
33 days Holiday
Use of Gym and facilities
