Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an AWS Solution Architect to join a high-performing cloud team, working on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions, with a particular focus on enabling modern applications and AI-driven workloads. The role spans the full lifecycle - from architecture and design through to implementation - working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and engineers.

You'll act as both a technical leader and trusted advisor, helping clients maximise the value of cloud technologies while remaining hands-on in delivery.

Key Responsibilities Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing AWS cloud solutions
Architecting and supporting cloud-native applications and modern infrastructure
Leading end-to-end cloud migration programmes from legacy environments
Optimising cloud cost, performance, and scalability (including GPU and serverless workloads)
Developing and maintaining cloud architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
Implementing robust cloud security controls and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deploy applications and ML pipelines
Providing technical leadership and guidance across cloud-related initiatives
Evaluating and recommending new cloud services and capabilities
What They're Looking For
Essential: 5+ years' experience designing and delivering cloud solutions (AWS preferred)
Strong knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, Route 53)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Proven xwzovoh experience leading cloud migration strategies and implementations
Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks (e.g. CIS, SOC2)
Experience with DevOps tooling (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Desirable: Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem integration
Exposure to AI/ML workloads and data-driven platforms
Background in large-scale consulting or transformation programmes
