We're looking for passionate individuals who are ready to make a real impact in the classroom. 🌈 The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential Promote positive learning experiences and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and general support throughout the school day 💡 About You We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about supporting children's education and wellbeing Confident, reliable, and adaptable to different school settings Experienced working with primary-aged pupils (school-based or similar experience preferred) Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential 🌟 Why Join Aspire People?
