You will be fully involved in day-to-day engineering tasks while leading a team to ensure the smooth operation of all building services.

Working Hours 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Days Only
- 2s & 3s) Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed efficiently via the maintenance system Lead and support the on-site engineering team Carry out hands-on maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems Diagnose and resolve plant faults quickly to minimise downtime Conduct regular quality checks on work, documentation, and housekeeping standards Ensure availability of critical spare parts Maintain accurate records, reports, and job sheets Requirements Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (recognised xwzovoh certification) Proven experience in commercial building maintenance, ideally within critical environments (e.g.
