The Role As a Support Worker, you will: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Support individuals with complex and enhanced mental health needs Proactively manage challenging behaviours, including those linked to forensic backgrounds Promote independence using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach Help individuals develop essential life skills in a safe, supportive environment Flexible working options are available, including day shifts, night shifts, part-time, and bank hours. About the Service This service supports individuals transitioning from long-term placements in secure settings, rehabilitation units, and forensic environments. For many, this will be their first step towards semi-independent living. While the role can be challenging, it offers a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference—helping people rebuild their independence and quality of life within a supportive team setting.
