English Teacher / Nantwich Area / ASAP Start / Fixed-Term Contract

A fantastic secondary school located in the Nantwich area of the Cheshire East district is eager to secure an enthusiastic, hard-working and committed English Teacher to add to their department in a part-time role from the start of May to July 2026.

Beginning after the Easter Break, the successful candidate will be providing high quality learning experiences to KS3 & KS4 students within the English subject in a part-time position. The role is 2 days a week on a rotating two-week timetable, paying £175 to £230 per day depending on experience and qualifications, and with usual school working hours.

English Teacher - Role Information:

• Providing KS3 & KS4 education to students
• Creating engaging and inspiring learning experiences tailored to curriculum
• Building meaningful rapport with student over a 3 month period
• Work a two-week rota:
  • Week 1: Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
• Contract runs from May to July 2026

• Qualified Teacher Status - Secondary English
• Recent experience teaching English
• Minimum 2:2 university degree
