What you'll be doing
* Supporting the Meetings & Events Manager in the delivery of multiple daily events
* Leading service on conferences, banquets and weddings
* Supervising team members and maintaining standards on busy shifts
* Working closely with sales and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution
* Assisting with rotas, staffing and operational planning
This is a hands-on operational leadership role .
