My client is a large global bank and they are looking to hire a seasoned and experienced Lawyer to focus UK prudential regulatory work. The role will cover both advisory and transactional work and will support on: Regulatory capital & liquidity rules I would say the regulatory capital and liquidity rule knowledge is the most important of them. Backgrounds they would consider are either a regulatory Lawyer who has expert level knowledge of prudential regs or potentially a DCM lawyer who can show a very strong understanding of the prudential landscape Private practice or in house is fine with a minimum of 10 years PQE.
