Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 (Full-Time)

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Supervise and support children during play, mealtimes, and rest periods
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all children at all times
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, observations, and daily routines
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Organise and manage daily room operations, including resources and activity planning
- Lead by example in following nursery policies, procedures, and best practice
- Support and mentor junior team members to help them grow professionally
- Contribute to an inclusive environment that respects diversity and individual needs
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of child development and EYFS principles
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience supervising or leading staff is desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
