Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel is looking for a confident, guest-focused, and hands-on Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, leading by example, and creating a welcoming and professional experience for every guest. You will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of Reception, supporting the team and helping to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and guest service throughout the shift.
What you will be doing Supervising the day-to-day operation of the Front Office during your shift
Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience
Supporting the Front Office team and leading by example in service delivery
Handling guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Assisting with room allocations, guest profiles, billing, and reservations
Ensuring guest information and operational records are updated accurately
Working closely with Housekeeping to monitor room status and readiness for arrivals
Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest journey
Handling telephone calls, messages, and guest requests in a timely manner
Supporting the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager with the daily running of the department
Helping to train, guide, and support team members on shift
Ensuring company procedures, service standards, and health and safety requirements are followed at all times
What we are looking for Previous Front Office experience within a hotel environment
Previous supervisory experience is preferred
A strong passion for guest service and hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, professional, and approachable manner
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues across the department
Flexibility xwzovoh to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
Experience using Opera Cloud is desirable and would be a strong advantage
