Location: Brampton, Huntingdon 

Salary: £42,000 - £47,000

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding manufacturer looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for electrical and some mechanical maintenance, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to keep production running efficiently. You'll also support ongoing improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and installations, working closely with production to drive performance and minimise downtime.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within a Manufacturing/ Industrial Environment
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.

Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Strong Electrical Skills
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering Qualification Electrical Qualification
• Experience working within a production environment

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working  with belts, bearings, pulleys, shafts, gearboxes, chains, pumps, hydraulics, electrical motors, drives, sensors, contactors.
