Job Title: Horticulture Lecturer

Location: Gloucester

Contract: Part-time, Permanent (26.5 hours, 52 weeks)

Salary: Up to £25,116 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sessions in Horticulture
• Assess, review and track learner progress
• Maintain accurate course and student records
• Embed employability and workplace skills into the curriculum
• Support learners to achieve and progress

Requirements

• NVQ 2 qualification with industry experience
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Passion for education and learner development
