You'll take charge of your own portfolio and show a team of 3–4 what proactive selling looks like: growing wallet share in established accounts, building a new business pipeline, and delivering the numbers the rest of the team aspires to. You'll teach, mentor and guide — and when the General Manager is away, the branch decisions are yours.

This is a rare thing in merchant sales: an internal sales manager role where you lead from the front, not from behind a reporting pack.

About You: You're a proactive internal sales or account management professional from a builders merchant or construction distribution background. You know how the trade counter and account book actually work, you develop accounts rather than administer them, and you've outgrown the role you're in.
