We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive people initiatives that support organisational performance and growth. This role requires a strong influencer who can build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, navigate complex employee relations matters, and deliver pragmatic HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Business Partnering

• Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert advice and coaching on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Use people data and insights to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Employee Relations

• Lead and manage complex end-to-end employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, absence management, workplace investigations, and restructures.
• Ensure all employee relations matters are handled fairly, consistently, and in compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
