The Ideal Store Manager
Proven experience in a fast-paced QSR, coffee, or hospitality environment
A strong leader who can motivate, develop, and inspire teams
Commercially aware with experience managing P&L and hitting KPIs
Hands-on and operationally strong, leading from the front during peak times
High energy, outgoing, and passionate about customer experience
Confident driving xwzovoh both performance and culture within a store
Able to manage high-volume environments while maintaining standards and speed
