We're working with a highly regarded, 4.8-star restaurant to recruit a talented Chef de Partie who brings flair, passion, and a genuine desire to learn.
This is a busy but well-organised kitchen, offering excellent working hours and a supportive environment where chefs are encouraged to develop their skills and progress their career.
The Role
Running your own section to a high standard
Working with fresh, quality ingredients
Maintaining consistency, presentation, and pace during service
Supporting junior team members as needed
Upholding high food hygiene and kitchen standards
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
A creative mindset with attention to detail
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
Ability to thrive in a busy service environment
A strong team player with a passion for food
