The successful Retail Manager should have: ·Previous experience in retail management, ideally within fashion or menswear ·Strong leadership and team development skills ·A commercially driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets ·Excellent customer service and communication skills ·Organised, proactive, and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment In this role, the Retail Manager will be responsible for: ·Driving showroom sales and delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience ·Leading, training, and motivating the team to meet performance standards ·Managing staff rotas, holiday cover, and day-to-day showroom operations ·Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and stock control ·Handling customer enquiries, appointments, and resolving issues professionally Our client is offering the successful Retail Manager a salary in the region of £36,000 plus benefits including staff discount, performance incentives, and 28 days holiday.
