About the role

Do you have a passion for supporting learners with additional needs to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their ambitions?

We're expanding our Inclusive Learning team and are looking for dedicated Inclusion Mentors to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people and apprentices by providing personalised support that promotes independence, inclusion and success.

Whether your experience lies within education, SEND, care, youth work, health or another support-based profession, we'd love to hear from you.

Multiple opportunities available

We are currently recruiting for a number of Inclusion Mentor positions across the College, including:

  • Inclusive Learning – Cognition & Learning
  • Inclusive Learning – Communication & Interaction
  • Inclusive Learning – Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Apprenticeships

You don't need to apply for a specific specialism. During the recruitment process we'll discuss your experience, interests and strengths to determine which area is the best fit for you.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver personalised one-to-one and small group support for learners with SEND and additional learning needs.
  • Empower learners to develop strategies that reduce barriers to learning and promote independence.
