A beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of Central London is seeking a talented and driven Assistant Hotel Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-quality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the overall day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments
Support the Hotel Manager in leading and managing Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping and F&B teams , maintaining the highest standards
Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, particularly within Food & Beverage operations
Assist in staff training, development, and performance management
Uphold the standards expected of a 4-star (or above) property
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Rooms Division Manager or Hotel Operations Manager
Experience within boutique and/or independent hotels is preferred
Proven leadership across multiple hotel departments, including Front Office and Housekeeping
Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS
Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations , with a focus on health & safety
Background in 4-star or higher-rated properties
Experience working in London is highly desirable
Important:
Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the requirement of having 2-3 years' experience in a Rooms xwzovoh Division Manager or Hotel Operations Manager role , ideally within London.
