We're looking for Commis Chef to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests.

Salary: £31,900/annum + Service Charge
Working hours: 50 hrs weekly

Commis Chef will have: To ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards as required
To produce food as directed by the CDP and to present it at the times required.
To be fully conversant with the Restaurant/Bar in particular items which are the responsibility of your section and of their recipes and quantities.
To maintain the appropriate amount of stock levels as directed by CDP
