Are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As the Sous Chef , you will be responsible for helping the Head Chef overseeing all aspects of food production and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.
Duties:
- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with the management team to create new recipes and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage kitchen expenses within budgetary guidelines
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in all aspects of food production, including preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on creativity and innovation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management
