We are currently partnering with a well-established, highly respected premium food retail business in East London on a confidential search for a Store Manager for one of their flagship locations.
This is a high-profile site within the business, and we are looking for an individual of exceptional calibre to build on an already strong foundation.
The Role
Full ownership of a high-performing, community-driven store
Leading from the front to deliver best-in-class customer experience and store standards
Driving team engagement, development, and retention
Accountability for commercial performance and operational excellence
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Store Manager within premium food retail
Background in high-quality, service-led retail environments
Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and elevate teams
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistently high standards
Track record of delivering strong commercial and operational results
Experience in top-performing xwzovoh or recognised stores is highly advantageous
