Registered Manager (Childrens Residential) Registered Manager (Childrens Residential) Locations: Stone, Tutbury and Eccleshall (Staffordshire)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm with on-call duties (1 in 9)
About the Role We are recruiting for three Registered Managers , each to lead a residential childrens home in Stone, Tutbury, and Eccleshall .

Key Responsibilities Manage a residential childrens home in line with legislation and company standards
Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
Develop and implement care and service development plans
Lead, support, and develop staff teams
Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Care Standards Act 2000
Manage rotas, staffing, and performance standards
Work with external agencies and stakeholders
Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
About You Experienced xwzovoh leader within a childrens residential setting
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and childcare legislation
Proven ability to manage and develop teams
Strong communication and report writing skills
Committed to improving outcomes for young people
Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Senior experience within a childrens residential home
Sound knowledge of Children Act 1989 and Childrens Homes Regulations 2015
Full UK driving licence preferred
