What we expect from the ideal Sous Chef :
Previous experience at Sous Chef level in a busy, fast paced environment.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Clear communication skills
Work well under pressure
Ability to deliver high standards consistently
Outstanding attention to detail
High standards of health and hygiene
Brimming with enthusiasm, can-do attitude and bags of personality
Strong work ethic and desire to progress
