What youll be doing?

Supporting the GM & AGM in keeping the whole operation tight.
Owning the guest experience from door to table to goodbye.
Driving the FOH team coaching, developing, and pushing them to be better every shift.
Managing rotas, stock, and the details that keep a high-volume site ticking.
Making sure service flows, even when its busy (and it will be busy).
