Paediatric Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care Location: Buckinghamshire & Surrounding Areas Working pattern: Hybrid with 2 days from home and 3 days in the community Salary: Up to £55,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm We are recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well-established, nurse-led provider delivering high-quality community-based care to children with complex health needs. Due to continued growth across Buckinghamshire and neighbouring regions, this is a stable, long-term leadership opportunity. About the Role As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership across community packages, supporting children, families and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care. This role suits an experienced paediatric nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership and building strong relationships in the community. Key Responsibilities Clinical oversight of paediatric community care packages Completion of assessments, care plans and ongoing reviews Training, competency sign-off and clinical supervision of staff Liaison with families, MDTs and commissioners Maintaining high clinical standards across all packages Essential Requirements Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with an active NMC PIN Minimum of 3 years' UK experience in paediatric or community-based care Leadership or supervisory experience Recent experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation within the last 2 years Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence What You'll Receive Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working with flexibility around community visits 33 days annual leave Private pension scheme Ongoing learning and development Company mobile phone and laptop Clear progression into senior and regional clinical roles Reference: LICEAc272c101-f45c-4783-b4a0-50ad222b87c0
