Production MIG Welder

An opportunity for a Production MIG Welder within a well-established fabrication and sheetmetal company in Nelson, Lancashire. The Company: Established in 2003, this family run Group employs approximately 35 employees. Their teams provide an all-round design, laser, fold, and fabrication service to a broad customer base. Due to continued growth and winning some long-term contracts they are looking for Production Welders to join a small friendly Fabrication team. Role PRODUCTION WELDER Must have MIG manufacturing experience. Be physically fit Have experience of producing small and large fabrications to an accurate standard Ability to lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines to a high standard Safe use of power tools e.g., grinder, pistol drill, tapping drill Ability to work to a production pace within a factory setting There may be some JIG work to help improve production efficiency Ability to communicate, ask questions and discuss any issues which may cause production delays Update computer records and complete timesheets T

Thursday 8:00am - 16:30 Friday8:00am

14:00 Overtime Available.
