We are recruiting for a Senior QS to lead the M&E commercial delivery of a £30m commercial build project on an MOD site in Berkshire. Working as the standalone Senior QS on site and reporting into a Senior Commercial Manager, you will take full commercial ownership of the package- covering office development and potential specialised hangar structures under an NEC contract. Key Responsibilities Commercial Project Delivery: Take end-to-end commercial responsibility for a £30m M&E commercial build package. Contract & Change Management: Manage applications for payment, compensation events, and variations in accordance with NEC terms to maximise entitlement. Subcontract Management: Oversee subcontract accounts from procurement, valuation, and variation management through to final account settlement.
