Responsibilities: Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team during service
Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience
Assisting with staff training, onboarding, and performance management
Supporting stock control, ordering, and rota management
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
Assisting in achieving sales targets, labour controls, and operational KPIs
You:
Proven experience as a Duty, Deputy or Assistant Manager in xwzovoh a high-volume branded restaurant
A strong leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and team development
Ability to motivate teams and create a positive, energetic working environment
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
