Tutor / Teacher Outreach, Home Tuition & Alternative Provision - Swindon Start Date: ASAP Salary: £25.00-45.00 Do you have QTS and strong experience delivering personalised 1:1 teaching? These settings focus on a child-centred and flexible approach, creating safe and supportive environments where learners can rebuild confidence and re-engage with education. The role is for a Tutor / Teacher on a flexible, long term basis, delivering outreach, home tuition and alternative provision. The successful Tutor / Teacher will work 1:1 with pupils with SEND, SEMH, medical needs or those experiencing school refusal, requiring strong engagement skills, adaptability and a consistent, relationship-led approach. Planning and delivering personalised sessions tailored to each learner’s needs is essential.
