What you'll do
As Demi Chef de Partie , you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will include supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Chef de Partie or in their absence; take orders from Chef de Parties and give tasks to Commis Chefs and check they are carried out in the correct manner; sample, smell and observe food, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience
You will also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests special requests and challenges that may arise during the day
