People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Tamworth on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity offering ongoing training and a modern working environment.
This role will suit applicants who have worked as a Production Operative, General Operative or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday
08:30 – 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Operative , your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Working within the outbound section
Completing scanning and stock control tasks
Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
Meeting customer order requirements accurately and on time
Performing general packing duties
Performing general picking duties
Heavy lifting involved (occasionally up to 30kg)
Using a pump truck where required
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative , you will need:
Experience using a pump truck
Previous experience within a warehouse environment
Confidence using hand tools and related equipment
A reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions xwzovoh and work safely
Training:
Full training provided
Ongoing development support
Please note: a paid induction will take place the day before starting and will last approximately four hours
