We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a premium corporate site in EC2. The Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and maintaining the highest standards across all services. You will play a key role in menu development, team leadership, and the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading and motivating the team to deliver high-quality, consistent dishes
Assisting with the creation of seasonal, innovative menus
Overseeing food preparation and service to ensure premium standards
Maintaining strict food hygiene, health, and safety compliance
Training and developing junior chefs
About You
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Background in premium contract catering, hotels, or high-quality restaurants
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Passion for fresh, seasonal food and attention to detail
Calm and professional approach in a fast-paced environment

£50,000 salary
40-hour contract, Monday to Friday
Excellent work-life balance with predominantly daytime hours
Central London (EC2) location with great transport links
