Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
Support children aged 25 with their learning, development, and wellbeing
Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
Observe, assess, and track childrens progress using developmental records
Plan activities that promote school readiness and early learning goals
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment
Work as part of a supportive early years team
Always follow safeguarding and child protection procedures
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education (or full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification)
Minimum xwzovoh 2 years experience in a nursery or childcare setting
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
Experience as an Early Years Educator or EYFS Teacher
Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
