Salary: £45,000–£52,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent
A growing communications technology business is seeking a Repairs Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Cambridge Service Centre. The role focuses on delivering high-quality repair services in line with SLAs and KPIs, while leading and developing a technical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and performance manage the repairs team
* Ensure service delivery meets contractual SLAs and business targets
* Act as the main customer contact for repair services and escalations
* Manage workflow, capacity planning, and repair centre costs
* Maintain compliance across health & safety, quality, and security standards
* Drive process improvements and support new product introductions
* Liaise with internal departments and regional repair partners
Requirements
* Electronics qualification (minimum ONC or equivalent)
* Experience supervising teams within an electronics repair or manufacturing environment
* Strong customer-facing B2B experience
* Experience managing xwzovoh SLAs and service workflows within an ERP system
* Commercially aware, data-driven, and organised
* Full driving licence and flexibility for occasional travel
