Graduate Recruitment Consultant - High Earning Potential

BASE SALARY £ 30K

COMMISSION ON TOP 40%
OTE IN YEAR 1 £ 60K

The Incentives: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
£ 30k base salary with an increase to £ 35k within 6 months
Base salary + 45% commission structure
OTE in year 1 of £ 60k
WFH 1-2 days a week
26 days paid holiday + 1 week off at Christmas
Quarterly socials with the team Boat trips, Ascot, Michelin Star restaurants
Office in the City Centre of London
Dart boards and pool table

Holiday incentive to Marbella in October

What the Role Entails: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Business development through networking and headhunting new clients
Negotiating deal sizes and commission structures with them
Source the candidate that they are looking for through social media platforms, cold calling, and networking
Take them through the interview process and give them advice throughout
Make a placement and get your commission!
What We Look For: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated from a Russell Group university with a 2:1 or above
Sports background played at a high level
Financially driven motivated by targets and commission
Hard working wont give up when times get tough
