The role
As a Chef De Partie you will work around the sections, with one of the sections being the pizza section. You will create great dishes in a fast moving restaurant. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with European dishes including pizza. you will be able to create great pizza and other dishes and have good knife skills
