What Youll Do
Lead global product training strategy, frameworks, and standards. Design and deliver engaging training for internal teams, BDMs, travel agents, and guides. Create toolkits, webinars, guides, and presentations that make complex products easy to understand. Support events, consumer shows, and product launches with compelling presentations. Continuously improve training content based on feedback and results. Travel internationally to deliver training and onboard new guides and partners.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in training, enablement, or educational roles (travel experience a plus). Strong understanding of travel products, itineraries, and commercial priorities. Confident presenter and communicator with ability to engage diverse audiences. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing global, multi-stakeholder projects. xwzovoh
