Site Manager

We are looking to appoint a Site Manager to join a specialist subcontractor delivering high-quality stone and ceramic packages across Central London. This is a fast-paced, site-based role suited to candidates coming from a subcontractor background, ideally with experience in stone, ceramic, or high-end finishes. The Role * Oversee day-to-day site operations on specialist stone and ceramic packages * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery * Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard * Coordinate with main contractors and internal teams * Monitor quality, progress, and site compliance Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within the subcontractor environment * Ideally experience working with stone, ceramic, or similar finishes * SMSTS qualification * Black or White CSCS Card * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on busy London sites Additional Info * Projects primarily based in Central London (some projects in additional areas along the M25) * Immediate requirement – urgent hire
