Clinical Deputy Manager Salary: £47,840 - £57,408 per annum Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire Hours: 40 – 48 hours available! Supporting the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and compliance. As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, providing guidance, mentorship, and clinical oversight to the nursing and care teams. You will contribute to creating a supportive, collaborative environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
