Clinical Deputy Manager Salary: £47,840 - £57,408 per annum Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire Hours: 40 – 48 hours available! Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Limited is delighted to be working alongside a highly regarded, award-winning care provider to recruit a dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager for their well-established nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong and motivated professional ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Supporting the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and compliance. As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, providing guidance, mentorship, and clinical oversight to the nursing and care teams. You will contribute to creating a supportive, collaborative environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
