About the Role
Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tottenham. This full-time role is ideal for a passionate Key Stage 2 teacher who is committed to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons and supporting pupils as they develop strong foundations in their learning. The school has a supportive leadership team, a collaborative staff culture, and a strong focus on pupil progress and wellbeing.
You will take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, working closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure lessons are well-planned, inclusive, and differentiated to meet the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents evenings and staff meetings.
Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS or equivalent.
Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally in Key Stage 2.
Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
Is committed to high expectations, pupil progress, and teamwork.
