*Role Overview:*
As an MOT Tester at BEST Autocentres, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and roadworthiness of vehicles. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for high-quality service and customer trust.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Conduct thorough MOT tests in accordance with VOSA guidelines and regulations.
* Inspect vehicles for compliance with safety and emission standards.
* Diagnose faults and recommend necessary repairs to customers.
* Maintain accurate records of tests and inspections.
* Provide excellent customer service, explaining test results and recommendations clearly.
* Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.

*Requirements:*

* Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 and 7).
* Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repairs.
* Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
