We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Midlands.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work with the support of a company vehicle and fuel card provided.
The Role:
Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
Fault finding and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Working independently across various properties in the Midlands
Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with tenants
What's on Offer:
£21 - £24 per hour
Company van provided
Fuel card provided
Ongoing, long-term work
Immediate start available
Requirements:
Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
18th Edition (preferred)
Previous experience within social housing is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
